Bolmay Special Black Cocoa Powder is a heavily Dutched cocoa powder developed primarily for colour enhancement in food applications. With a pH range of 8–9, it delivers an intense black appearance that is commonly used in Oreo-style biscuits, dark cookies, cakes, bakery products, ice creams, and dessert applications.
Unlike conventional cocoa powders that focus on cocoa flavour, Special Black Cocoa Powder is often selected for its ability to create a deep black colour in finished products.
